Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VRG GRL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
